Custom Orders

Order Process: 

Please get in touch with us through our website or Instagram to request a custom flower arrangement. We will ask for details on the type of arrangement, flower preferences, budget, and any other relevant information.

Confirmation and Payment: 

Once we receive your request, we will confirm the arrangement details and provide a price quote. All custom orders will require a 50% non-refundable deposit once an order is confirmed. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the order delivery date. Production will begin once a deposit is paid.

Changes and Cancellation: 

Please let us know if you need to change or cancel your order immediately. Depending on the process stage, changes may not be possible, and cancellation fees may apply.

Revisions: 

We understand you may want to change the custom arrangement as we work on it. We will provide you with one (1) FREE revision to ensure that the final product meets your specifications. Any additional modifications may incur an additional fee.

Delivery: 

We offer delivery for custom flower arrangements for an additional fee. Delivery dates and times must be scheduled at the time of the order, and the recipient must be available to receive the arrangement. Pick-up is also available upon request. Delivery is managed by third-party services such as Lalamove, Grab, JRS Express, or LBC.

Quality and Availability: 

We will do our best to create a custom arrangement that meets your specifications, but please note that flower availability may affect the final product. We will inform you of any changes and seek your approval before proceeding.

Refunds and Returns: 

Due to the nature of custom arrangements, we can only offer refunds or returns if the product is damaged during delivery or meets the agreed-upon specifications.

By requesting a custom flower arrangement from us, you agree to these terms and conditions. 

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time.

Vase Arrangements 

  • There is only ONE of each arrangement design released. Once sold, similar designs may be released, but they will be different.
  • All arrangements are fixed and arranged in the vase, as shown in the image.
  • All arrangements are made with delicate dried or preserved flowers; therefore, some breakage and natural shedding may occur during movement from loading and handling while in transit by the third-party courier between deliveries.
  • Natural shedding, dripping from humidity, and color variations are not product flaws.
  • Floral arrangements are created based on preserved/dried flowers' availability and customized by DriedFlowersPH.
  • Social media and website images have been slightly enhanced and brightened.

 

Please remember that by purchasing DriedFlowersPH products, you acknowledge that each item is individually handmade and, therefore, unique. The photos on the website are for reference purposes.

Because our products are made from natural materials, there will be slight variations in size, color, and shape. Please expect two items to be different from the photo on the website.

Dried and preserved flowers are fragile and semi-perishable and must be handled with extreme care. Occasionally, a few small pieces will dislodge during transport.

Color variations are natural, just like in nature.

Images provided on our social media are for illustrative purposes only, as filters and lighting can alter actual colors. We will not accept any flowers for return or exchange due to differences between the flowers you receive and the reference images on our platforms.
